Lifestyle Can Determine Hair Growth

I think diet is the foundation for health. If somebody isn't physically healthy ,then you can't expect to be healthy. You actually need to have EPA molecules in order to get good membranes for your cells so they function properly.

You know from experience, whether it is on the sports field, in the office, or just in living life that you cannot perform at your best, if you do not feel at your best. Our actions lack control, we de-motivate, and we find it hard to concentrate on the elements of our lives which require our grey matter firing on all cylinders.

When we are physically ill, mentally ill with the suffering from stress related depression, or just feeling lacklustre, then what growth occurs on the scalp will be not only slower, but the protein composition of the keratin fibres in our hair will be weaker. This leads to premature hair loss through breakage or fallout. It is imperative that when looking to push our hair into a consistent antigen phase of growth we take a whole body, a ‘holistic’ approach to the action.

Stress and depression have shown considerable linkages to hair loss. There is no point in having all of the other factors in place for significant hair growth, if we are simultaneously experiencing hair loss as a result of what is going on in our minds. Thereby we need to deal with the issue of stress, a culprit in our feeling lack lustre, and a precursor to the onset of hair loss.

Stress is a hindrance to enjoyment, serving only a very limited positive function in our lives. The body sometimes has difficulty in processing the messages the brain receives in times of stress, as we are dealing with a whole series of different parameters with stress, than those for which we evolved.

Taking life as a series of triumphs and losses, it is important as a tip for making our hair grow once again with zeal, that we do not place too much emphasis on these losses. Stress comes through feelings of inadequacy or the application of serious pressure on our shoulders. Whilst it is important that we do have an element of stress in our lives in order to get things that need doing done, it should also be realised that stress is only self manifested.

It can be seen on people’s faces, and it can be seen with the literal act of pulling ones hair out when the exertion of stress becomes too much. The factors of stress hit us on a one by one basis until they overwhelm. We can remove stress from our lives in an instant, and instantaneously get our fast hair growth and minimal hair shedding and loss right back on track in an instant too.

Much like with how we apply nutrients to our hair follicles to advance fast hair growth we can better equip our bodies to handle bouts of stress with the aid of a healthy and balanced diet. Stress related hair loss is most evident in new mothers, and many of the patients that I have dealt with to this end have made dramatic improvements on a hair front as well as in a mental health capacity by following simple advice. “Eat well, and break the problems down.”

A single problem is never enough to get the better of us and lead to stress, it is only when we combine our issues into one area of negativity that the ‘singular’ issue can bring stress about in the patient. The dwelling on the mass of negativity leads to the feelings of inability in otherwise very capable people.

We can handle any issue when we deal with them one at a time. Worrying and stressing over something is not as effective in ridding us of the worry, as actually doing something about it, in fact worrying is of no consequence, but to make matters worse and delay us from solving the issue.

When stress is removed it is astonishing just how quickly the body can get back into peak performance mode, and enter into renewed fast hair growth stages. The hair loss suffered as a consequence of stress is rarely at the root, i.e. the hair follicle has not lost its white ‘bulb’, the originator of hair growth deep in the dermis. Stress less, lest the worrying about worrying leads in the short term to long term hair loss.
