I think diet is the foundation for health. If somebody isn't physically healthy ,then you can't expect to be healthy. You actually need to have EPA molecules in order to get good membranes for your cells so they function properly.

The most common prognosis made by doctors and dermatologists to people coming to them experiencing hair loss is that they have a deficiency in those B vitamins that ensure healthy natural hair growth. Whilst it is important that we get this particular brand of vitamin into our bodies, it can be a bit of dilemma for those who are attempting to control their weight and at the same time achieve natural fast hair growth.

Weight can easily be added when you consider that to garner an adequate amount of these vitamins into our body’s we may need to consume thousands of additional calories each day, with obvious consequences. Many of these professionals will as a result promote that a supplement should be taken to combat the hair loss and promote fast natural hair growth. They pay particular attention to one of the foremost B vitamins in their directions. They push Biotin as the one vitamin that is proven to advance fast hair growth, and it is on this vitamin that we will now focus.

Without Biotin you will find that your hair loss can progress quite rapidly, from purely losing hair on the scalp, to loss of hair in other necessary regions such as the lashes and brows of our eyes. Whilst you will find a number of hair treatment products out there that include biotin in their ingredient’, and relate to their users that as it is contained within the product, their hair issues will fade away if used, this is not the case according to the experts.

They advocate that Biotin is only useful in the fast growth phase of the hair, it is not possible for Biotin used in treatments that work above the surface to get into the keratin of great looking hair strands, and as a result, application of it in this way is useless. Biotin needs to be consumed in order to become a part of the body, and from there it can get to work in enriching the healthy hair growth process. Don’t split hairs about this, and have no doubts, Biotin is an essential for you if you are seeking to advance your hair growth.

Biotin is Vitamin B7, and is a similar entity to the ‘good’ fatty acids which I have already pushed as being of benefit to hair growth. It is similar to the fatty acids that aid cell division and growth, yet offer even greater bodily benefit. Biotin is useful in the transference of carbon dioxide, a poison to our bodies from our bodies, this allows for better oxygenated blood flow to the scalp area advancing fast hair growth.

Its practical benefit to the body is the role it plays in the ‘citric acid cycle,’ creating biochemical energy, this energy when there is an excess in the body, will be transferred to the fast hair growth process. Energy combined with matter, and the keratin building blocks assures that hair as well as nails grow stronger, and are composed of reinforced proteins for a longer healthy hair and nail lifespan.

If you are experiencing hair loss it is possible that there is a problem with your body’s ability to process Biotin, and take from the vitamin what is needed. In this case supplementary larger doses may need to be taken. Biotin works by binding tightly and reinforcing the strength and durability to the ‘tetarmeric protein avidin’ which in turn goes into the keratin building block from which hair is constructed and grows.

Beyond the necessity to eat thousands of extra calories per day in pushing your Biotin levels to supra-natural levels, there is little option but to take the nutritional supplement route as there is no ‘super food’ out there that is particularly rich in Biotin. You could attempt to get this rock hard great looking hair building ‘block’ into your body by consuming large quantities of egg yolks and liver, but again this will only be partly effective if your body is not handling natural levels of this B vitamin.

It has been available as a supplement for more than 70 years and there have been no recorded cases of damage being done to the body as a result of high doses. The supplement uses ‘fumaric acid’ as the basis for its synthetic creation, and the subsequent fast growing healthy hair that comes as a result of consumption. Don’t be alarmed by the word ‘synthetic’ here, the synthetic form is identical in every way to the natural form you would find in many vegetables, only in larger quantities and helping to achieve natural hair growth.

You need bulk quantities of Biotin so that it can get working for you, and set you on your way to retaining the head insulation you have by improving the foundation strength of the healthy hair at the point of the follicle.
